- Maximum of only 4 guests will be accommodated in a single cottage.
- 20% addition will be charged on the package as peak season hike from 20th December to 2nd January.
- Guests should strictly follow the check in and check out time.
(Check in 12 noon. Check out 11AM.)
Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation
Reservations cancelled 15 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date
will not incur any cancellation charges.
2. Partial Cancellation Charges
A cancellation made exactly 7 days prior to arrival will attract a charge of
50% of the total booking amount.
3. No Refund / Full Charge
- Cancellations made within 0–7 days of the arrival date
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking amount. No refunds will be applicable.
4. Refund Processing
Eligible refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business
days from the date of cancellation approval.
5. General
The resort reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice. The
applicable cancellation policy will be the one in effect at the time of booking.
